Fellows Monthly Give Back – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   - Open to all customers worldwide who make a purchase from Fellows Club via the official website.
   
   - Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

2. How to Enter:
   - Each completed order placed during the calendar month automatically counts as one entry, starting 1st October 2025.
   
   - There is no limit to the number of entries — each order is a new entry.

3. Prize Details:
   - At the end of each month, one order will be randomly selected as the winner.
   
   - The winner will receive a full refund of their order value (excluding shipping costs).
   
   - In addition, Fellows Club will donate an amount equal to the refunded order value to a men’s mental health charity, chosen by our supporters.

4. Winner Notification:
   - The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during checkout within 7 working days of the month ending.
   
   - If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner may be selected.

5. Refund Process:
   - Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
   
   - Please allow standard banking timeframes for the refund to appear.

6. Charity Donation:
   - The chosen charity will be a registered men’s mental health organisation.
   
   - Proof of donation will be shared publicly on our social media channels each month.

7. General:
   - Fellows Club reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
